As your hosts, Alexandra Stille-Hönig, trained hotel manager and Klaus Stille-Hönig as chef de cuisine, with a lot of experience e.g. in Austria and Switzerland, on Sylt with Jörg Müller or with Lothar Eiermann in the Hotel Friedrichsruhe, we welcome you warmly.
From the beginning on we are supported by Mrs. Oerke in the hotel area and by some nice and friendly stuff in the service, as well as a trainee in the kitchen.
You will also inevitably meet our sons Louis and Laurin, who often visit our restaurant or our dad's kitchen.
We will look after you in the most pleasant way and give you a home on the way.
