ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
When can I arrive?
Your room is guaranteed to be available from 1.00 pm. Of course you can bring your luggage to us earlier if the room is not yet ready for you.
By what time do I have to leave?
The room is yours until 11.00 am on the day of departure. Should you wish to stay longer, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us and enjoy the day.
Where can I park my car?
Limited free parking spaces are available at the hotel. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve a parking space.
How do I get to the Alte Villa Schlossblick?
Follow the hotel route. From Kirchstraße, turn into Goethestraße (dead end) and park conveniently behind the house.
ROOMS
Are there family rooms or a baby cot?
The holiday is coming up and the kids should come along - absolutely! We look forward to welcoming our little guests!
From 3 persons you have to book a triple room. We have 2 rooms with a very good sofa bed, also comfortable for an adult or 2 kids.
If you are travelling with a small child or baby and need a baby cot, we will be happy to provide you with one in our double rooms for a fee.
Can I bring my dog with me?
Please understand that your four-legged friend is only welcome in our house after prior reservation! Dogs are only allowed in certain rooms.
There are a few rules to follow so that everyone is happy:
- Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room (open buffet) from 8.00 am to 10.00 am, but they are of course allowed in the restaurant if they are well-behaved.
- Costs on request
- Please keep your dog on a lead in the house (maybe he or she will meet our dog and she will be so happy to see everyone that there is no stopping her).
- Please let our staff know when room service is possible.
Are there smoking rooms?
No - we are a non-smoking hotel. Please smoke on the balcony or in front of the hotel.
I have a favourite room - and would book it again. Is that possible?
If your favourite room is available at the time of booking, we will of course try to allocate it to you. Unfortunately, we cannot make a binding commitment in this respect. This is because the binding fixing of certain rooms results in booking gaps and possibly higher expenses, which we have to compensate for financially. We hope you understand this. We always try to fulfil your wishes, at least with regard to the floor and direct bookings.
GENERAL
I have forgotten something at the hotel. How do I get my things back?
We will be happy to send it to you if we have found anything.
Please understand that we charge a fee for administration, processing, materials, postage, etc. The costs vary depending on the size and shipping options. If you are in the neighbourhood and would like to collect your lost property, we will store it for up to 6 months.
Do I have to pay a visitor's tax?
Yes, Bad Pyrmont is a town that charges a visitor's tax. This means that everyone who goes on holiday here has to pay this tax. The amount of the tax is currently € 3.40 per day. For further information, please follow this link.
Can I get vouchers for the hotel or restaurant?
You can order a voucher by email and telephone. We will tell you how it works.
Is there a restaurant in the building and can I also eat there as an external guest?
Yes, we have our own restaurant, which we also open for external guests. Breakfast is already included in the room price, and we offer half board for € 30.00 from Wednesday evening to Sunday.
If you have any special requests (gluten or lactose free, allergies etc.) please contact reception in good time. Our kitchen team will be happy to cater to your wishes and dietary requirements - just let us know.
Breakfast:
Breakfast is served between 8:00 and 10:00 and is included for our house guests.
Unfortunately, we cannot welcome external guests to our breakfast. This is only possible when our house guests have visitors.
Dinner:
From 18:00 to 20:30 (kitchen closes) - Monday and Tuesday are rest days.
Please book a table in advance with the service team. We would like to point out that we do not make any binding table reservations. Depending on the reservation situation, the table allocation may change and we would of course like to offer our great cuisine to as many guests as possible.
Should you wish to eat in your room, we charge a service surcharge of €5.00 per person.

Where can I hire bikes?
You can hire bikes at the Huddelbusch petrol station.
Can I arrive by train?
Bad Pyrmont has its own railway station, which means you can travel to us by train. Taxis are usually available on site, or we can order one for you. It is about 30 minutes on foot to the hotel. There are usually also city buses to the city centre at train arrival times.
Is there a shuttle service?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this service.
